Located in Carlisle, PA, RISE is 5 minutes away from Carlisle Sports Emporium and a 10-minute drive from downtown Carlisle. Our RISE Carlisle medical cannabis dispensary is also located close to Carlisle Country Club and a short drive from Letort Falls Park.
How can I order online?
To order online, start by heading to our home page. After you navigate to the home page, in the top right corner you’ll see an option to browse one of our dispensaries. This dispensary will be the one that’s closest to you no matter where you are. After clicking on the “nearest dispensary” icon in the right-hand corner of the site, you can visit our adult use or recreational menus. After picking what you want, proceed to check out and follow the steps to complete the transaction.

What do I need to enter the dispensary?
