Patients can return unused cannabis accessories within 30 days of purchase. Cannabis flower or pre-rolled joints are not returnable. Infused cannabis products cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes edibles, topicals, creams, tinctures, or any other infused cannabis product.

Panacea Perks members also have the option to pay via debit or credit card, which includes Mastercard, Visa Card and Apple Card. Adult-Use customers can purchase the following: 28g of flower, or 500mg of edibles, or 5g of concentrates. Adult-Use customers can purchase products from each category as long as they stay within the limits.
