We accept cash payments in-store with ATMs on-site. You can also pay with your debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, but please note these payments have a $4.00 convenience fee. Online orders can be completed with Dutchie Pay, a secure payment method that links your bank account and Dutchie account. No refund at the point of sale on debit transactions.

You must have a valid government-issued photo ID and be 21+ or hold a valid medical card/certification. Government-issued ID must be physical or printed. Digital copies will not be accepted.
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns of products impacted by state mandated recalls or state compliance directives.
Can I place an online order for curbside pickup?
Yes! You can select the curbside pickup option at checkout.
How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?
You will receive a text message to the phone number provided when your order is ready for pickup.
Can I place an online order for next-day pickup?
All orders must be picked up the same day they are placed. If the order is placed after business hours, the order can be picked up until closing the following day. If the order is still not picked up, it will be automatically canceled.
