Recreational cannabis products range in strengths and dosages. Everyone responds differently to cannabis as there is no consistent measurement of effects. We encourage all new guests to start low and go slow to learn how it affects them and to become familiar with their consumption limits. Don’t be shy asking for help at the dispensary.
Consistent with alcohol, MA will not allow any discounts on our adult use cannabis products. However, on the medical side, we will continue to provide discounts and promotions to our medical cannabis patients.
Consumption of adult use cannabis may only occur in privately designated areas where smoking and/or vaping is allowed. If you’d like to visit a consumption lounge, there is currently one in operation called The Summit Lounge which is located in Worcester, Massachusetts.
No, it is prohibited.
Transporting adult use cannabis is similar to transporting alcohol wherein you cannot have an open container of recreational cannabis or cannabis products in the passenger area. An “open container” is defined as having a package with a broken seal or a package from which contents have been partially removed. While traveling with cannabis, keep your cannabis products unopened and stowed in your glove compartment or trunk.
Cannabis is still federally illegal in the United States. State borders fall under federal jurisdiction so crossing state lines with your purchase is a federal offense. While traveling in Massachusetts, keep your medicated products unopened and stowed in your glove compartment or trunk.
