Our motto “A Safe Harbor” represents our philosophy and we hope you can feel it when you visit.
We are currently serving medical patients only.
Yes. We no longer require new patients to make an appointment before their first visit. As long as you have a valid NJMMP card and prescription, you’re welcome to stop by and make a purchase.
Nope! Once you or your caregiver has had their New Patient Orientation you’re free to come by and make purchase whenever we are open. Make sure to check your allotment on the state website before you visit so you know whether you can make a purchase on the day of your visit.
Patients who receive qualified forms of government assistance are eligible to receive 15% off on eligible items. Qualified forms of assistance include: NJ Medicaid Program, NJ SNAP, NJ Temporary Disability Insurance, Supplemental Security Income Benefits (SSI), & Social Security Disability Benefits (SSD).
Breakwater is not open to the public, only NJMCP card-holding patients and card-holding, registered caregivers are permitted to enter the dispensary. We do not have a public restroom.
Cannabinoid concentrations are listed on the dosing labels of every product we sell. If you’d like to know this information before your purchase, you can contact the dispensary via phone or email, or just come by and speak with a budtender!
Yes. As long as you are a registered, card-holding caregiver and the patient’s prescription is up-to-date then you can come and make a purchase without the patient being present.
It’s subjective! Every patient is looking for a different effect when they use cannabis and every patient will feel different effects from cannabis. The best way to find out which strain is right for you is talk to a Budtender and try a few different strains.
Not always, but frequently. As we’ve gotten busier we’ve encountered a few instances where we run out of a particular strain but we usually are able to restock within a few weeks.
At this time, our cannabis is not grown purely organically. While we add some organic inputs, we do not grow with an entirely organic program. However, we are highly selective in our choice of nutrients and pest control measures.
