Communication must be sent within 30 days of the purchase date. Dispensary credits are not guaranteed and will be issued on a case-by-case basis.

It should only be removed from the original packaging and container when ready for use by the patient. After using the medication, make sure the container is closed and returned to its original packaging for storage. It is important to store your medication in a location out of reach of children and out of sight. It is illegal for a patient or a patient’s caregiver to distribute medical marijuana to anyone other than the patient.
