To get a medical marijuana card in Pennsylvania, you must first be diagnosed with one of the state’s qualifying medical conditions. Then, you need to get a certification from a registered physician. Once you have the certification, you can apply for the medical marijuana ID card through the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
