Unfortunately, no. Since cannabis is not legal in Pennsylvania for adult use, but only medically, only PA residents with a medical marijuana card can purchase from a PA dispensary. In order to be considered eligible as a medical marijuana patient in Pennsylvania, one of the requirements is that you must have a Pennsylvania driver’s license or an ID card issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
