In order to shop at The Botanist, in Massachusetts you must bring a valid government-issued photo ID and either be: a) 21 years of age, or b) certified, registered and issued a valid medical marijuana patient ID card. Adult Use/Recreational, walk-ins are welcome. You do not need to be a Massachusetts resident to visit or purchase from a licensed dispensary.
