Return Policy for NOT defective products. State regulations prohibit us from taking marijuana products back into our physical inventory once it’s left our link of the chain of custody and has been sold to a customer. Defective products that have been evaluated by management will be eligible for an even exchange or store credit within two weeks of purchase. Bring in the previously purchased product and receipt. Store credit must be used at the time of the exchange.
You should receive a text confirmation that your order was placed and is being prepared, and then another text once your order has been filled and is ready for your selected pick up time. However, not all phone providers cooperate nicely with our third party menu site, so rest assured – if you see a confirmation on screen after you click submit that says your order has been placed that’s really all you need. Just head to the store at your selected pick up time!
Unfortunately we are not able to process orders for days ahead due to our inventory processes. You are able to go on our website after we close to place an order for pick up the next day!
No! Any order that doesn’t get picked up returns to our inventory. Feel free to send us an email to let us know you won’t be able to make it at info@rootedinroxbury.com.

We accept Cash as well as Debit in the form of Cashless ATM. There is a standard $3.50 fee for using your debit card. Additionally, we accept AeroPay, which is a form of cashless payment which connects directly to your bank account. There is no fee for this service and it takes about 2 minutes to sign up and link your bank account.
We need to see a valid driver’s license, passport, or a valid State/Federal Photo ID. We can accept temporary driver’s licenses as long as they are not expired. We do accept out-of-state Driver’s Licenses as long as they are not expired. For out-of-state customers we suggest bringing additional verification in with you (such as a bank card, social security card, credit card, etc.).
