Patients can return unused cannabis accessories within 30 days of purchase. Cannabis flower or pre-rolled joints are not returnable. Infused cannabis products cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes edibles, topicals, creams, tinctures, or any other infused cannabis product.
Cash is accepted at Panacea Wellness, and we have an ATM located inside. Panacea Perks members also have the option to pay via debit or credit card, which includes Mastercard, Visa Card and Apple Card. Please note we cannot accept the following forms of payment: American Express, CannaPay, Discover Card, Visa Gift Cards.
No appointments are necessary at Panacea Wellness. Whether you are a medical marijuana patient, or looking to purchase recreational cannabis, we welcome walk-ins during operating hours.

Yes! We have plenty of free parking at our Quincy location.
No, you do not. If you are purchasing adult-use, you will only need any state-issued ID showing you are 21 or order. If you are purchasing medical cannabis, you will need your Massachusetts Medical Marijuana Card & your ID. Please see the Cannabis Control Commission (https://masscannabiscontrol.com/) for more detailed information about Massachusetts Cannabis Adult-Use.
Adult-Use customers can purchase the following: 28g of flower, or 500mg of edibles, or 5g of concentrates. Adult-Use customers can purchase products from each category as long as they stay within the limits. Medical patients can purchase 10oz of product over the course of 60 days. Once the 10oz limit is reached, no additional product can be purchased until the 60 days have elapsed.
