You do not need a medical marijuana card to shop for adult-use marijuana products at UpTop’s Framingham dispensary. However, customers looking to purchase medical marijuana will need to show a Massachusetts medical marijuana card or a Registered Caregiver card in order to shop.
Shoppers from out of state may only shop adult-use cannabis, available at our Framingham dispensary location. To shop at our Framingham dispensary and on the medical side, customers must be Registered Qualifying Patients who are residents of Massachusetts, or their certified caregivers.
Yes! You can browse the live online dispensary menu from either of our Massachusetts locations, make your cannabis product selections, complete an order and then schedule a time to pick it up.
We accept cash only. We also have a handy ATM onsite for your convenience.
In order to become a patient in Massachusetts’ Medical Use of Marijuana Program you first need certification from a qualified healthcare provider. Then you can register for the program, and, once accepted, you’ll receive a Program ID Card to use when shopping with UpTop.
To become a Personal Caregiver for a medical patient in Massachusetts, you will need to complete your own registration application. You’ll need a PIN from the patient you are assisting, a valid ID and a passport-style photo. Find out more about the registration process for MA Personal Caregivers here.
THC and CBD are the two most widely known and studied cannabinoids in cannabis and hemp plants. THC is known for producing the euphoric and intoxicating high that people commonly associate with cannabis.
