You do NOT need a medical marijuana card at our Back Bay location to purchase marijuana for recreational use. You will only need a valid government-issued photo I.D that verifies that you are 21+ years of age. You will be subject to the adult use tax however.
You must be a current Massachusetts Medical Marijuana Card holder to purchase from our medical store. Massachusetts does not accept out of state medical card holders at this time. However, if you are from out of state with proper ID you may purchase from our Adult-use menu.
Per the City of Boston, we are required to control traffic at our facility and cannot form lines on the sidewalk. You may be asked to join our virtual waiting list if we are to capacity!

No. Under current Massachusetts law, only patients and caregivers who are registered with the Cannabis Control Commission can visit medical dispensaries within the state.
No. Medical insurance companies do not offer coverage for any medical marijuana products. Because of this, Ayr Wellness sets low prices and offers my discount programs. We believe in providing the highest-quality medicine at low prices.
