Points do NOT accumulate for anyone but medical patients. If you would like to participate in the Loyalty Rewards program, you must sign up to become a medical patient and then opt-in to loyalty.
You acquire points just by shopping! You will earn one (1) reward point per dollar spent on qualifying goods purchased from NETA’s retail stores (whether purchased in-store or online from NETA website). Taxes and fees, including, without limitation, shipping, handling, and delivery fees are excluded and ineligible for use in calculating reward points.
Points expire on a rolling 3-month period from acquiring if you DO NOT SHOP. Any point that is not redeemed will be removed from the wallet after 3 months of lapsed shopping.
Yes, you can redeem loyalty on a delivery order. Loyalty discount must be requested when ordering and will be applied to the order during the in-store packaging process. We will not be able to apply any discounts at the time of delivery.
Yes, you can reschedule your order, however we can only accommodate one reschedule per order. To ensure a wide range of delivery window options, we won't be able to make any additional changes to the order timing after the initial rescheduling request has been made.
We only accept CanPay and exact cash as forms of payment on delivery. If you are paying with cash, please use exact change. Delivery drivers do not have funds on them at any time and cannot provide change.
We accept cash as well as CanPay app payments. For your convenience, we also offer standalone ATM machines in our locations. There is a $2.50 fee per transaction for using the ATM in store.

No, you can still check out as guest. In fact, both medical and recreational customers can checkout as a guest. Medical customers must show their P-Number when they pick up their order.
