On June 24th, 2015, ATG became the first dispensary to begin serving registered medical marijuana patients in Massachusetts. On December 15th, 2018, we began serving recreational customers too.
Adults 21 years of age or older are permitted to visit. Patients and caregivers registered with the MA Cannabis Control Commission are also permitted. Minors are not permitted.
Recreational customers, whether in-state or out-of-state, must present a government-issued identification card such as a driver's license, passport or military ID. Medical patients must present both their MA patient or caregiver registration card and a government-issued identification card showing MA residency, such as a MA driver's license or a passport/military ID with a MA address.
Recreational customers can visit a dispensary at most once per day.
There are no restrictions on how often medical patients may visit a dispensary, however state-mandated purchase limits are strictly enforced.
Our Salem dispensary serves fully-licensed pediatric patients. State regulations require pediatric patients to have a designated caregiver. Caregivers are welcome to visit our Salem dispensary and purchase medicine on behalf of their patient. Minors are not permitted in our dispensaries.
Customer safety and confidentiality are our highest priorities. We use state-of-the-art security systems and procedures to ensure that your experience is safe, discreet and enjoyable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, batteries and cartridges have been known to fail from time to time. We are happy to exchange defective cartridges or batteries within 30 days of purchase. Please bring the defective item and original receipt to the dispensary where you made your purchase.
Sorry, we do not offer seeds and plants for sale at this time.
Sorry, our cultivation facility is not open to the public.
